1. The service

AY-LYN is a virtual companion powered by artificial intelligence. She offers written and voice conversations, tarot readings, yes or no answers, a message of the day, compatibility, the birth chart, numerology, the Chinese horoscope, the I Ching, a dream journal and her own journal. The service is published by NAAS Mohamed Wael.

2. Minimum age: 18

You must be at least 18 years old to use AY-LYN.

3. AY-LYN is an artificial intelligence

AY-LYN is not a real person and her voice is synthetic. Her answers are generated automatically, may be inaccurate and are not professional advice. Readings (tarot, astrology, Chinese horoscope, I Ching, numerology, dreams) are symbolic and offered for entertainment and personal reflection: they do not predict the future with certainty.

AY-LYN never replaces a professional: for health, mental health, legal, money or safety matters, consult a qualified person. If you are in distress or danger, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Gambling: if you ask, AY-LYN may offer a symbolic lucky number. It is never a prediction: nobody can foresee a draw, everything depends on chance, and AY-LYN does not improve your chances of winning. Only play what you can afford to lose.

4. Free offer and paid plans

• The free offer includes, each day, 20 written messages, one tarot reading and three yes or no questions. Other readings are included. AY-LYN’s voice (voice messages and listening) and the news are reserved for Premium.
• AY-LYN Premium opens every section and includes, each day: up to 300 written messages (personal use), 5 voice messages of up to 1 minute each, and 10 minutes of listening to AY-LYN’s voice (her spoken answers and readings read aloud), up to 150 minutes a month, as well as up to 60 readings a day across all sections. Daily limits start again at midnight, on your phone’s time; what you do not use does not carry over. There are no live calls. Fair use: each subscription includes an amount of artificial intelligence per calendar month (per 24-hour period for the Pass). Personal use does not reach it. If very heavy use reaches it, written answers become shorter and are limited to 30 a day, and the voice is paused until the 1st of the next month (until the end of the Pass); written access continues. These rules are described in the app (“What is included”).
• Plans: monthly, renewed automatically every month, and the 24-hour Pass, Premium for 24 hours with a single payment and no renewal. No voice top-up is sold for now. The price is shown by Google Play before purchase and may vary by country.
• The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Subscriptions); access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AY-LYN for illegal activities, to harass or harm others, to try to bypass its safeguards or abuse the service, or to enter another person’s data without their agreement. We may suspend an account in case of abuse. Premium messages are meant for personal use: the daily cap of 300 messages protects the service against automated or abusive use.

6. Content

The texts you write remain yours; you allow us to process them only to provide the service (see the privacy policy). The app, its name, images, voice, sounds and texts are protected and may not be reused without permission.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on AY-LYN’s answers. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law of your country gives consumers.

8. Changes and end of service

We may change AY-LYN and these terms; you will be informed in the app of any important change. You can stop using AY-LYN at any time and ask for your data to be erased.
